The writ proceedings are an institution that appeared in the commercial process after the new version of the Commercial Procedure Code of Ukraine came into force on December 15, 2017.
Even at the stage of discussion of the draft EPC of Ukraine, there were many discussions among lawyers as to whether it was advisable to introduce the relevant institution in the commercial process at all.
